On February 12, the “Fuel and Energy Business” Association held a webinar “Criticality and reservation in 2025”, during which the issues of the updated legal framework, requirements for obtaining the status of a critically important enterprise and the reservation procedure for conscripted workers were discussed in detail. The webinar was conducted by Oleg Nesterov – an expert in advocacy and GR, who has more than 8 years of experience in interaction with authorities.

Key provisions:

• PEK enterprises can book up to 100% of employees.
• In order to receive the status of critical importance, a PEK enterprise needs to meet two main criteria.
• From December 1, 2024, reservations are made through Diya.

Changes in the reservation procedure allow PEK enterprises to ensure uninterrupted operation of the industry even in conditions of mobilization. However, all companies must update their status in a timely manner, monitor compliance with the criteria and properly complete documents.
