Up to €20,000 for Job Creation — Grant Program by IOM
The International Organization for Migration has opened a call for applications from micro and small enterprises registered in Kyiv region (Bila Tserkva, Hostomel, and Tetiiv communities). The program aims to restore jobs, support local production, and ensure the supply of essential goods and services.
- Eligibility:
– Micro-enterprises (up to 10 employees) creating at least 1 new job
– Small enterprises (10+ employees) creating at least 3 new jobs
– Companies must have been registered for over a year, have Ukrainian ownership, and operate within Ukraine.
- Funding Amount:
– Up to €7,000 — for micro-enterprises
– Up to €20,000 — for small enterprises
Free Energy Consulting and Training for Businesses
The Federation of Employers of Ukraine (FEU) and the International Labour Organization (ILO) have launched the Green Energy Help Desk initiative, offering expert support for companies aiming to improve energy efficiency and independence. The program is free thanks to ILO support.
- The service is designed for:
– Companies considering a transition to alternative energy sources
– Companies already using green energy and seeking to expand or optimize capacity

From 5,000,000 NOK for Large-Scale Business Projects — Grant by Norad
The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) supports Ukrainian projects ready for scaling and investment.
- Key areas:
– Sustainable energy production
– Food security and agribusiness
– Infrastructure projects for Ukraine’s recovery
- Eligibility Requirements:
– Companies with a turnover of at least 25 million NOK over the past 3 years or a market capitalization of at least 50 million NOK
– The grant covers up to 20% of the applicant’s annual turnover
Up to UAH 500,000 Reimbursement for Marketing Services
The marketing agency “Defans” has launched a 2025 grant program to support Ukrainian entrepreneurs who have been operating for over 3 years and have an annual income exceeding UAH 5 million. Applicants can receive 30% to 50% reimbursement for the cost of marketing consulting services. Funding covers:
– Development of promotional strategies
– Creation of web-based products
– Conducting marketing research
