The Fuel and Energy Business Association of Ukraine emphasizes the need for a fair differentiation of advance tax payments for gas stations.
Today, the fixed payment of 60,000 hryvnias constitutes an excessive burden for small and regional gas stations, especially in remote and frontline communities, where businesses operate under conditions of low demand and increased risks. This leads to a reduction in the network of gas stations and poses a threat to the energy security of local territories.

FEBA does not call for the abolition of the advance payment mechanism, which ensures stable budget revenues. We advocate for updated criteria that will take into account the scale of activity, turnover, and regional specifics. Such an approach will allow for maintaining a balance between state interests and business capabilities, as well as ensure fair conditions for the small and medium-sized fuel market.
