Ukrainian business has a unique opportunity to receive financial support for the implementation of modern technologies and ensuring energy sustainability. We invite you to familiarize yourself with two current grant programs that open up new perspectives for the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
Grants of up to €50,000 for the implementation of “green” technologies
NGO “Greencubator” in cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) announced the final round of the “Climate Innovation Vouchers” grant competition. The initiative is financed by the European Union and is aimed at the development and implementation of technologies that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and increase the efficiency of energy consumption.
Who can participate:
– Small and medium-sized enterprises operating in Ukraine for more than a year.
– Companies that develop or implement innovative climate technologies.
– Participants willing to co-finance 25% of the grant amount.
How to use the grant? The received funds can be directed to:
– Industrial design.
– Development of electronic components, IT solutions.
– Testing, certification and patenting.
– Marketing research.

Grants of up to €20,000 for energy efficient equipment
The grant program “Supporting the energy sustainability of micro and small enterprises of Ukraine”, organized by the governments of Norway and Germany, will start in December. The initiative provides for the provision of 2 million euros to support entrepreneurs.
Terms of the program:
Grants of up to €10,000 for micro-enterprises without mandatory loans.
Grants of up to €20,000 for small businesses combined with bank loans.
Funds can be used for:
– Purchase of energy-efficient equipment.
– Equipment for autonomous energy sources and storage systems.
– Installation and maintenance of equipment (up to 10% of the grant).
Applications are submitted through the Entrepreneurship Development Fund Portal “Financial Support Navigator”. Participants must indicate performance indicators and areas of grant use. Detailed information at the link.
