Public Memorandum: Joining Forces for Industry Development

Small and medium-sized enterprises play a vital role in the development of the fuel market — ensuring fuel availability across regions, creating jobs, and maintaining service standards. However, under increasing regulatory pressure and with limited access to decision-making processes, their voices often go unheard.

The Fuel and Energy Business Association is launching a Public Memorandum of Cooperation with SME representatives in the fuel sector. This document outlines shared goals and coordinated actions, including:

  • participation in legislative processes and expert review of draft laws,
  • joint advocacy for changes in regulatory and fiscal policy,
  • access to analytical materials and expert consultations,
  • combating the shadow market and unfair competition,
  • organizing professional events and raising awareness,
  • developing public-private partnerships, including infrastructure projects and green energy initiatives.

We invite SME companies to join the initiative — to collectively establish fair market conditions, strengthen the legal market, and enhance industry cooperation.
The Memorandum is a practical tool for participating in policymaking and promoting a more effective business environment. It is an open document, and any company can sign it via a convenient online form.
