Standardization in the fuel business

Today, when service speed, fuel quality and safety have become critical in the fuel business, standardization becomes an indispensable tool for achieving stable and high results. That is why the Association of Fuel and Energy Business created the Standards Committee headed by Andriy Kopylov, a specialist with over 20 years of experience in fuel companies as a personnel training specialist.

Andriy has conducted more than a thousand trainings for owners of gas station networks, directors of departments and divisions, station managers, as well as numerous programs on service skills and increasing sales for gas station personnel. His experience covers the development and implementation of service standards, personnel evaluation and development procedures, fuel and service quality standards.

Modern standards help to optimize the operation of all processes — from customer service to safety at gas stations. The Association’s Standards Committee is designed to help every company in the industry raise its standards to a new level, creating conditions for sustainable growth and reliability.
