We continue to establish cooperation and seek useful information that may be beneficial to the members of our association. We are connecting with the Green Solutions Office, which is an advisory initiative under the Ministry of Economy.
Key areas of their work:
Analyzing the current state and opportunities for the economy in the context of the green transition;
Attracting “green” financing for Ukraine and coordinating this activity;
Strengthening the role of businesses in the green transition.
We have received recommendations from colleagues at the Green Office on how to attract funding to launch renewable energy and energy efficiency projects.
The “Add Energy to Your Business” program. For small and medium-sized businesses that have been operating for at least 1 year. ❗️For the purchase of energy-efficient technologies or technologies using renewable energy sources. ❗️For the repair, restoration, or reconstruction of business premises.
Financing for replenishing working capital (additional conditions may apply).
Loans up to 500,000 euros (equivalent in national currency) for a term of 2 to 5 years.

SME lending from the Decarbonization Fund for energy efficiency projects.
Loans from 120,000 to 25,000,000 UAH, for a term of 1 to 10 years.
Eligible participants include:
- Private entrepreneurs (FOP);
- Legal entities (private ownership), whose ultimate beneficial owners (controllers) are individuals who are residents of Ukraine (including energy service companies);
- Enterprises in the state or municipal sectors of the economy;
- Local self-government bodies.
